Any pros & cons to using built in apple TV button vs going through the learning option in the apple TV's settings?
When setting up with the learning option in the Apple TV settings, hitting the menu button always pulls up the menu for the television.

My problem is that the volume button works as the scrolling buttons (up & down). I have used the remote learning on Apple TV and even set the Apple TV on a new device button (b, c, d) and volume button still works as the scrolling buttons. Not eve the universal volume programing works. Can this be fixed or is that a manufacturer defect?
